All products and guaranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase against defective workmanship or materials. The guarantees excludes faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse. Returns and Refunds
If you find your purchase is unsuitable for any reason we will exchange it or refund the cost. Refunds will be given as soon as possible after the product has been returned and will usually take the form of a refund transaction onto the card on which the product was originally purchased. Depending on the circumstances we may refund the return postage, i.e. if the products are damaged, however in the case of incorrect ordering and undisclosed reason for return, the customer will be expected to pay the cost of return postage. We can only accept returns if you: Enclose the original purchase receipt Ensure the product is in a new and unused condition We recommend that all items returned to us are sent by registered post or by a guaranteed delivery service. Faulty Goods
If you find a fault with a new product or if the goods turn out to be different from the ones you ordered, we will exchange the item or refund the full cost. Security and Pricing

Other persons cannot access your credit card details or obtain any other personal information from the details which are sent to us via our web site. Credit card s details are additionally encrypted using encryption software. These are then decrypted after they reach our computers. We will keep customer information confidential and will not distribute the information given to us to any other third party. Postage and Delivery
We use Parcel Force for all UK deliveries. All deliveries to the UK mainland are FREE. Our standard delivery time is within 7 working days. If there is a problem with the availability of of your chosen goods we will contact you to inform you of the likely delivery date. You will of course be given the option of seeking alternative products or a refund. International Delivery
Where possible we use Parcel Force worldwide. The delivery charges for both the European Community and Worldwide are set out below.
