General

Any orders submitted and accepted by Three Peaks are subject to these conditions of sale. By using this website you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions therein.

Disclaimer

The information relating to the product specification and colours is at the time of publication accurate. However, we cannot guarantee that the information provided will always be completely up to date and free of mistakes.

Unwanted Goods

We will accept the return of unwanted goods providing they are returned in a new and unused condition within 14 days of purchase. A full refund will be given excluding the cost of return postage. It is the customers responsibility for the safe return and postage of returned goods.

Goods Exchanges

Goods will be accepted for an exchange providing they are in a new and unused condition. It is the customers responsibility for the safe return and postage of returned goods.

Faulty Goods

Any items returned as faulty will be inspected and if found to be faulty, will be exchanged for an identical item or a similar item as agreed with the customer. Customers who have returned items which we have found to be faulty will have their postage costs refunded. It is the customers responsibility for the safe return and postage of returned goods.

Credit Card Security

As far as we are aware, we do not know of any credit card fraud having taken place within our Shopping Cart System. Three Peaks have recently added Sagepay/protx as a secure payment system to further enhance security.
